Hangover

Post-processing and overindulging in pictures (an average of 500) would take me half a week or so. It took me only a couple of days to finish the Iloilo-Bacolod-Guimaras set. Yeah, not much post-processing was done primarily due to the very busy schedule. Thanks to work and other stuff I had to attend to (No sarcasm :) , i love my work).

Only this morning, when the mango dear friend uploaded one of our videos, did i go over our pictures again and enjoy looking at them. This is one hell of an amazing race meet survivor kind of trip. Also, the cheapest trip so far, I would consider.

Touchdown Iloilo with the welcome banner made for our arrival. Tita Jovie picked us up and treated us to a sumptuous dinner at Mooon Cafe, a Mexican restaurant.

McNester was our first stop in Guimaras. Ma’am Rebecca Tubongbangua, the owner, warmly welcomed us with her ibos (suman in Ilonggo) and of course, the Guimaras mangoes. We met her in the Phil Food Expo six months ago.  I told her that we’re gonna visit her once we’re in Guimaras. Back then, we didn’t even have a plan to go on a trip to the WesVis part.

This is us at Raymen Beach Resort, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras, while doing a prenup shoot for Edge and Ive waiting for our food to be served.

Guimaras Shore

Much as I’d like to share every detail (buwis-buhay, EK ride kind of boat ride, the relaxing sulfur dipping pool, holding hands while running in SM Bacolod, and a lot more) of the trip, I’m afraid I can’t continue for now. It’s getting late and I have to be up early tomorrow morning. I just wanted to post the video courtesy of  the mango dear friend (http://jayneelyn.tumblr.com) but I got carried away and posted more collages. :)
